Published CD Covers using images by Kathy Boast Photography

AJ_Cover_Side.jpg (213778 bytes) This CD is the second of the series.  I shot one of the photos found inside the cover of a sunset and tiki torches.  This CD has a great original song written by Aloha Joe and Brittni Paiva.  The CD opens up with one of my most favorite Hawaii tunes, Hawaii, My Paradise (by Danny Couch.)
ajcover.jpg (57207 bytes)    This is Aloha Joe's first of "ALOHA JOE PRESENTS" series.  Released on November 15, 2005 on his website, AlohaJoe.com  with a store release date of Nov. 29th.  This CD has a few of the Artists that I have photographed. Hawaiian Singer Danny Couch is one of the first artists/friends that inspired me to do something more with my photography.  Glad I listened to his advice!  Aloha Joe was the first person to publish on of my photos, of Danny holding his Hoku Award for Single of the Year in 2000.

 
DannyCouch-SomethngToRemc.jpg (8313 bytes) The first CD cover I shot was for Hawaii's Contemporary Artist, Danny Couch.  This CD is GREAT!  It won at both the Hawaii Music Awards and the Na Hoku Hanohano Awards, CONTEMPORARY ALBUM OF 2003.  To hear samples or to buy this CD, please check out Danny's website.  This CD was released December 22, 2002.

 Danny Couch released his newest CD, THEN AND NOW.  CD's were in stores in the late afternoon on 12-30-03 and after 10:01 AM on 12-31-03 there were no CDs left to purchased.  The 2 right "Now" photos were taken by me. 

The other 2 "Now" photos on the back cover, and inside were taken by Karin Kovalsky. If you know who the  photographers are who took the "then" photos found on the back- inside cover,  I will be happy to give proper photo credit. Some of the first covers printed did not have the other photo sources listed.
 This young star has captured my heart!  I am so honored to have helped introduce her to others through my websites.  I shot the CD art for Allison's single RAINBOW CHRISTMAS DAY. You can hear her single on Aloha Joe Radio, just request it.

1sb-harr.jpg (28149 bytes)   I also shot an up and coming Rock band here in Charleston called Moonless Moth.  This shot and this band landed the cover of Scene a zine which is a  music magazine that covers 3 states, SC, NC and GA.
