ROYALTY FREE

"Royalty-Free" means you may use the photos without paying a licensing fee beyond the initial fee. 

A royalty-free license lasts indefinitely. There are no additional fees to use the same image in other projects. Make sure you have something in writing  that states the image you are using is Royalty-Free.

Purchasing a license to use the image does not transfer the copyright. You may not claim the images as your own and you may not sell, license for use, or in any way, distribute the images for re-use. 

You may use the images on a web site, magazine, screensaver, calendar, etc., as long as it is clear the images are not for distribution. For instance: you may not include these images on a photo CD or clipart CD or web site. 

CAUTION: You may not use any image in a manner that would misrepresent a person appearing in the images or cause them or their reputation to be harmed in any manner. Or claim the image as your own.
