Music that is timeless and simply beautiful

Guitarist/songwriter Brent Rowan joined Sea Coast church the weekend of April 30 & May 1, 2005 in Mt. Pleasant, SC.

Brent Rowan is perhaps the most prolific and sought-after studio guitar player on Music Row in Nashville. Since breaking into the industry, Rowan has worked over 10,000 recording sessions representing well over 100,000,000 records sold. His credits include cuts by leading country and pop artists of the last two decades, among them George Strait, Shania Twain, Sting, Brian Wilson, Randy Travis, Neil Diamond, Olivia Newton-John, Lynyrd Skynyrd, and Alabama.

Brent is a seven-time nominee for CMA's Instrumentalist of the Year Award and an Academy of Country Music Guitarist of the Year. Also Rowan was nominated in 2003 for Album of the Year (Production) with MAN WITH A MEMORY - Universal South. Rowan has already put together the kind of track record left by only a handful of legendary Nashville session players.

Brent "talked story" with his friend Greg Surratt (pastor of Sea Coast Church) and perform some of his music for Sea Coast. www.seacoast.org . Brent played songs from his latest CD (not mentioned on his website) "Up & At 'Em" as well as songs from "Bare Essentials".
