Photography Release 

I, _________________________________do hereby give Kathy Tschudy, DBA, Kathy Boast (the Photographer), her assigns, licensees, successors in interest, legal representatives and heirs the irrevocable right, including artistic, proprietary, and commercial, to use my name (or any fictional name), picture, portrait, or photograph in all forms and media and in all manners, including composite or distorted representations, for advertising, trade, or any other lawful purpose, and I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished version(s), including written copy that may be created and appear in connection therewith.
 I am of full age ( under 18 parent must sign*) I have read this release and am fully familiar with its contents.

In return for this release, the photographer grants me permission to use these images for websites, promotional pictures and other uses. When possible photo credit will be given to Kathy Boast and/or kathyboast.com.
